Introduction

This document presents Aurélie Bidermann’s multi-year plan for digital accessibility, covering a three-year period.

The goal is to ensure that digital services are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.

Commitment and Accessibility Policy

Aurélie Bidermann is committed to gradually integrating digital accessibility into its online services.

For this reason, we are committed to completing this multi-year plan in accordance with the 9 key areas required for its full development, namely:

1 - Strategy

Aurélie Bidermann’s digital accessibility strategy is currently being structured.

Its objective is to integrate accessibility from the earliest stages of digital projects, raise awareness among internal teams, and prioritize essential services for users.

The initial steps will consist of:

  1. Identifying the services concerned.
  2. Initiating compliance audits.
  3. Developing a realistic and progressive multi-year action plan.

2 - Accessibility Lead

A digital accessibility lead is currently being appointed.

This person will play a key role in:

  1. Coordinating the accessibility approach.
  2. Supporting internal teams.
  3. Monitoring regulatory and technical developments.

A dedicated role description will be defined over the coming year.

3 - Resources

At this stage, the resources involved are primarily internal (project managers, IT managers, communications teams).

External support is being considered to:

  1. Support compliance audits.
  2. Train teams.
  3. Provide guidance on digital accessibility best practices.

The objective is to structure the human and financial resources required as part of the multi-year plan.

4 - Job Descriptions

Integrating accessibility-related responsibilities into job descriptions is a medium-term objective.

A review will begin in 2027 to identify the functions concerned (content writers, developers, project managers, etc.) and incorporate accessibility principles into job frameworks and professional competency standards.

5 - Training

Initial digital accessibility awareness sessions are planned from 2027 onwards.

The objective is to begin developing the teams’ skills through:

  1. Raising awareness of disability and digital barriers.
  2. An introduction to the RGAA (General Accessibility Guidelines for Administrations).
  3. An overview of the key issues and regulatory requirements.
  4. Targeted practical modules depending on professional profiles (content writer, developer, etc.).

6 - Governance

The governance framework for the accessibility initiative is currently being defined.

A cross-functional steering committee will be established, bringing together the relevant internal stakeholders (IT, communications, management, legal, etc.).

This committee will oversee the progress of the action plan and ensure consistency across initiatives.

7 - Procurement

Integrating accessibility requirements into digital procurement processes is one of the priorities to be addressed in the coming months.

Work will be undertaken in coordination with the Procurement Department in order to:

  1. Review standard specifications and tender documents.
  2. Introduce clauses compliant with the EN 301 549 standard and the RGAA.
  3. Raise awareness among teams regarding the assessment of accessibility compliance in digital services.

8 - Digital Projects

Future digital projects will progressively incorporate accessibility requirements.

The objective is to integrate accessibility into:

  1. Specifications from the initial scoping phase.
  2. The selection of tools and solutions.
  3. Validation stages prior to going live.

Support will be provided to project managers to ensure that accessibility is addressed in a concrete and realistic manner.

9 - Review of Annual Action Plans

The first annual action plan will be developed following an assessment scheduled for 2027.

This review will make it possible to assess:

  1. The actions completed.
  2. The priorities for the following year.

It will be incorporated into a continuous improvement approach, with transparent communication regarding progress.
